Individual Glow Up

Engage in a bespoke 1-on-1 data-driven coaching sprint with Founder Keri Mesropov. Discover your professional drivers and talents. Define your “why” and your values. Develop skills to increase your overall effectiveness, impact and influence.

  • In this 100-day sprint, we’ll have enough time for exploration while prioritizing velocity and results. Together, we will conduct a multi-source personal insights assessment that:

    • Identifies what makes you uniquely powerful utilizing Gallup’s StrengthsFinder

    • Hones your current and future goals, establishing what defines and motivates you now as well as your aspirational drivers

    • Clarifies and refines your personal values

    • Pinpoints and consults your stakeholders for feedback and context

  • With this assessment as our guide, we will partner to ensure that, by the end of 100 days, you have:

    • A destination of where you want to be in the short and long term

    • A crystal-clear view of your strengths and how to leverage them in a professional setting

    • A vetted, tire-kicked list of your personal values, non-negotiables and what you stand for

    • Invaluable, constructive input from key stakeholders illuminating how others view your superpowers

    • A concise action plan and assertive timeline to reach your fully declared “glow” state, with a partner walking alongside you all the way

    • Growth metrics and milestones to strive for and celebrate when you hit them

    • A “graduation” celebration to ensure your learnings stick

  • This 100-day sprint features:

    • 4 1-hour sessions for personal assessment (scheduled during the first 30 days)

    • 2 1-hour sessions for coaching thereafter

The Spring Lab

The Spring Lab is an incubator for talent research, published insights and human-centric experimentation. Through the Lab, Spring conducts interviews and bespoke research about Gen Z and multi-generational workplaces. Spring also runs culture-boosting experiments with your team in an engaging, enlightening and data-led environment.
