The Spring Lab

Join An Upcoming Experiment

Spring hosts regular workplace experiments that companies and individuals can elect to join for a fee. Spring stewards the experiment, gathers the data and publishes the insights.

Explored Curiosity is one of Spring’s core values.

At the core of The Spring Lab lives multigenerational experiments that investigate the question of ‘what social trials impact the effectiveness and blossoming of a team, an individual contributor or a company’s culture?’ Spring explores the answers through its own research and observation…with you! And we’ll be joined by experts relevant to each of our experiments as they impart their views and insights.

Are you curious? Enjoy exploring new ideas in the community of others? Join us!

How it works:

  1. Sign up for an experiment…or all of them!

  2. Join the virtual kickoff event (this is the date listed with each experiment)

During this time, Spring + experts will present our full hypothesis, plus data and background research on the experiment’s topic. You’ll also receive a cool resource packet to support your participation in the experiment.

    3. Periodically (usually weekly) throughout the duration of the experiment, you’ll complete a short, anonymous survey for Spring. This is the data-gathering phase.

  3. Midway through the experiment, we’ll gather virtually as a community to check in on our progress and observations.

  4. Four weeks after the data-gathering phase, Spring will present its findings of the experiment in a webinar. As a participant, you’ll get the first view of our results!

  5. Spring will publish its full findings thereafter in its newsletter, social media and press releases.

The duration of each experiment typically runs for 6 to 10 weeks (social media detox will run shorter) and you’ll complete the weekly survey during this time.
